2nd hokage the best?

i think the 2n probably the best hokage (i know about the 1st) but they where brothers and wouldn't kill each other like uchiha clan would but i think the 2nd would beat the 1st. he has edo can summon plp to help and has time and space jutsue plus his the best water user ever what u think and might of had more forbidden jutsue like the edo we don't know about

3rd Hokage is the strongest Hokage.

First Hokage is better than his brother that's why he was the one who had to fight Madara and beat him. He was elected first Hokage for a reason. He was the leader of the Senju clan for a reason. Tobirama just created IWR but he didn't improve or perfect it like Orochimaru and Kabuto has done.

he didn't complete edo tensei, and even oro's 'completed' version was crap... so i wouldn't put much stock by that. but, space/time jutsu and best water element user in history makes him a freaking beast, imagine kisame on steroids haha. but he's still the 4th best hokage in my book, we just don't have enough information. still, he's most probably a top 10 ninja in history, excluding so6p and sons.

not really, the rivalry was between hashirama and madara, i dont think that if tobirama became hokage instead would instantly make him fight madara
