Strongest Genjutsu User

Did you not read the pannel where Killer Bee states that Shiusi is the strongest genjutsu user of the uchiha? Or are you just too blind to read that?

However, you have to admit that Danzo spoke of the Doryuko, which was another genjutsu of Shisui's eye.Does'nt make sense for a weak or even average genjutsu to be given its own name. World's greatest genjutsu(with 10 year limit) + fairly strong genjutsu(with few limits)= strongest genjutsu user.

That Doryoku thing was mentioned in a weird way. "Looks like he can't decide whether to use it as a genjutsu or throw it away like Izanagi".

He meant use the sharingan for Izanagi(as any sharingan can be used) OR use the genjutsu of Shisui's sharingan eye itself.

That was a lie Itachi said so they could leave the village. As stated in the manga, that visits "Real Reason" was to ensure Danzo and the elders wouldn't try anything funny on Sasuke and that he (Uchiha Itachi) is still out there and has succesfully infiltrated Akatsuki, which was part of his mission.

You are too narrow minded. Read entire dialog, understand it, then talk. That's how literature works. Bee said Shisui was the best. Then Itachi continued by saying why he was considered the best. The reason was obviously Kotoamatsukami. The technique Shisui could use every 10 years.

Just an advice. We are all here to discuss the matter based on proves present in the Manga. Being Kishi's bi*ch is not considered discussing.

Not shisui but itachi.....and here it says it takes a decade for shisui eyes to activate but where does it say it taakes shisui 10 years?!?!?!?!? you are STUPID.....

I used to think that aswell, but it is manga proven that Shishui is the strongest Genjutsu user of the uchiha clan. This was stated infront of Itachi in the Manga and he didn't had any objections with that Statement.

I say they're both the two most powerful and greatest genjutsu users in all of Naruto. Though we actually got to see Itachi in actual battle and how he used it, verses talk of Uchiha Shisui and or others, such as Danzo & Naruto's use of Shisui's implanted eye's power

But you can't lose with either pick

For the genjutsu technique itself, I'd go with Shisui's. For the actual user of genjutsu, I'd go with Itachi. However, I'm still wondering about Tobi, and Madara seems more ninjutsu oriented like Sasuke, but it's hard to tell. Plus, I have never seen Shisui do a thing, and actions are important to me, over feats and boasts. Thus, I admit I can't fairly judge Shisui on equal terms by manga constraints, but I feel comfortable enough with Itachi regardless.
