When you say full strength, I'm assuming you mean with the other half of his Chakra which Minato sealed. If so I'm gonna go with Kyuubi, he couldn't keep the Kyuubi inside chibaku tensei when he only had half his power. Think about how easy it would have been for the Kyuubi to escape being twice as strong, and that's Pains best technique. I'm not saying Pain doesn't stand a chance, but I can't see it happening.
Eh **** it, on second thought I agree. ^ I think Pain would get completely destroyed. From what we saw in their first encounter, I don't see anything that Pain could possibly do to stop a fully powered Nine Tails. He was already at his wits end fighting only half.
Kyuubi regained half of it's chakra otherwise there would be no point to Tobis moon eye plan.
And OMG (not that am suprised or anything) you truly hate Nagato I mean even if you truly believe Nagato can be beaten by Madara,Itachi and sasuke you can't place them that much higher and say they can beat kyuubi while Nagato would die it makes no sense.

well pain destroyed all kanoha and fought with 8 tailed naruto(he's the srongest akatsuki member+ his sensei was jman)

Kyuubi would destroy both Nagato and Pain. If it cannot be controlled, suppressed, sealed or infested with something like Amaterasu I don't see how any charakter except of Rikudo will beat this monster.
