THIS IS A CONTROVERSIAL SUBJECT AND THEREFORE, I AM BANNING BRAWLING ON THIS THREAD. IF YOU INSULT EITHER SIDE OF THE ARGUMENT, YOU WILL BE REPORTED WITHOUT WARNING. THIS IS WILL LOGICAL PROBLEM-SOLVING. IN FACT, I MEAN NO ILL-WILL AGAINST SENSEIS OR SENPAIS, BUT I AM BEING BLUNT.
Before I begin, I want you to imagine when you first made your RP bio and started to apply for training. What did most senseis say? If your answer any of the following: "No", "Too busy", or any other decline, you are like almost all members.
As many of you know, I posted a
Actually, what the hell, here is the direct quote from that that is the part that I wanted you to read:
"One of the biggest problems on the Base involves an extreme lack of senseis. This creates a huge mass of people untrained. This was temporarily fixed with the senpai system, but because of the huge rush of trainees, that system has now also become overwhelmed."
That is what I believe to be the definition of what I call the "Sensei Crisis" I am, as stated above, going to be bold, blunt, and controversial. The main cause of what was stated above, in my opinion, are four things:
1. Too little senseis for the mass group of students, so the test should be made a little easier.
2. Senseis and senpais simply lacking interest in teaching anymore. Many claim to have too many students, but really are socializing on Konoha Town... When you take that rigorous test to become a sensei, you take the burden and responsibility of teaching. You are no longer here to be entertained, you have a JOB on NB.
3. Lack of the staff punishing these types of senseis and senpais. The staff does nothing to punish these people (partly because of favoritism on NB which I can post a whole 'nother thread on) and so they just keep on neglecting to do their job because no one is stopping them.
4. Real life problems. This reason is the only acceptable one.
The point of this thread is how to solve this HUGE problem. It is stunting the growth of new generation RPers and letting the OP old generation fighters get stronger and stronger.
Logically, without insulting anyone, discuss

that i think should be stickied, not because I want the credit, but to eliminate threads like "PLeas train me!" or "Will you train water?", ect. Anyway, I suggest you read it (especially the "Final Words" section) because it outlines the background of this discussion.Actually, what the hell, here is the direct quote from that that is the part that I wanted you to read:
