That was a close one...I almost died there.

Anyway, I'm sure you know about taijutsu so we can skip the Q&A section here lol. This is your first taijutsu session of Kaito's tai I understand. The way I learned it was from Akiza. Some of the jutsus have a bit sketchy descriptions to me, so I might have to revert to the exact way I was taught it, which isn't too detailed on those jutsus as she was lost sometimes as well lol. With that being said, let's get started!

The first part of training we're going to get into involves increasing your leg strength and speed. I want you to focus chakra to your legs and using that chakra, practice free-running and jumping. Go to extreme heights with the free-running and jumping. Jump off the tops of buildings, run up the sides of the Kages faces, leap roofs, etc. Just be sure it's extreme enough to build those leg muscles up even further!

*I take out a scroll and make a hand seal, summoning some weights that fall to the floor*

This will help i think...

*i strap the weights to my waist and focus chakra into my legs to prepare me for running and also to endure the weight of the...weights o_O*

Cya in some hours

*I focus chakra into my legs, using it to power each step as i run, making sure to excert the maximum speed i can. I then focus and channel chakra in a bursts, allowing me to jump to a nearby building. I do so with the maximum chakra i can, jumping as high as i think possible. While on the roof top i keep focusing and channeling chakra to my legs to continue running and jumping from rooftop to rooftop. I increase the speed by increasing the outtup of chakra, although i start to feel the effects of it after about one hour as i'm starting to get sluggish. I continue running and jumping, focusing on my chakra to make me run as fast as i can and as high as i can. 3 hours later i have circled the town 666 times as i arrive next to you to collapse on the floor*

I'm too old for this...X_X
