The added power of sage chakra combined with superior genjutsu aptitude might allow Itachi to beat Madara with genjutsu. I'm not sure how sage chakra would affect Amaterasu and Susano'o, but normal Itachi could still win if the hyped Totsuka can pierce Madara's Susano'o, and it certainly isn't unreasonable to believe that the hyped Yata Mirror would permit Itachi to tank the meteors better than the Tsuchikage. Then again, Madara can use his Sharingan to control summons, which makes this a rigged match in my opinion.
