It does seem a bit odd. I just assumed they kept their powers upon having their bijuu's removed sort of like Gaara did but then again maybe his ability is just a blood limit and has nothing to do with his tailed beast. But yeah, the whole thing is weird. I thought they should be edo's considering Kabuto was the one that summoned them, but then again, how did he collect their DNA? Rightfully, Tobi really should have been the one to have all their corpses so it makes sense he controls them like Pain but they have cracks on their faces like the other Edos.

because some ppl assuming that even with their bijuu extracted they can still use it power, that's what they said when ppl say naruto will lose the kyubi, but edo tensei is a different case

Eyes are a body part, if someone dies and you cut off their arm afterwards and they are resurrected with edo tensei, they will still have their arm because it resurrects people in the state they were in before they died, the jinchiriuki died after the biju were extracted.
madara was revived with his ems...which we all know is the combination of his and izuna's eyes.Because a Bijuu is unique. Theres just one of it, the ones that the SO6P created long ago. Eyes on the other hand are part of the users DNA, Bijuu´s arent.

izunas eyes are not part of madaras dna either, but he has them.
EDO tensei brings you back with ALL your abilities you had before you died.
Itachi died with his eyes, so he had them when he was revived.
The tailed beasts were ripped out of the jinchuriki while they were alive, and then they died with no tailed beast, therefore they were ressurected with no tailed beasts.
Tobi implanted some or maybe all of the beast chakra into the former hosts.

Maybe Gedo Maza is the one with the Chakra Rods in it, not Tobi.
Basically, they are getting their chakra straight from Gedo instead of having to reseal anything, and Tobi controls them all by virtue of the fact that Rinnengan controls Gedo Maza.

What would happen if Tobi would somehow revive the old 8 Tails Jinchuuriki? The one who died before Bee got the new Jinchuuriki. The old one died with the Hachibi inside him, so he would be revived with it?
Wouldnt Bee loose his Hachibi?
Because like I said, arent Bijuu´s unique? 2 of them would be totally crazy..you could mass produce them lol.
That would be a very easy way for Tobi, he just needs to go at the grave of the old Jinchuuriki, take a few DNA samples and revive him to get his hands on Hachibi.
