As were Danzo and Hiruzen and who was stronger? Hiruzen. Just because you're rivals doesn't mean they will be equal in strength forever.

Although hiruzen is stronger, danzou at his age when he fought sasuke could actually beat hiruzen at the time he died. Infact danzou should beat him.

Anyway i dont see naruto ever overpowering sasuke in a fight. In all the anime's ive watched the second main character, is usually equal if not abit less powerful than the main character and when they do battle its always a close fight.

In place of death, that will be the better option, instead of forfeiting life, Sasuke will forfeit his power. It's a great symbol of friendship like Kakashi + Obito, they're best friends after all, Sasuke really has no future anyway. He doesn't need power. Naruto will get Rinnegan, at least that's what I want. Because I doubt he'll be keeping the kyuubi, he'll probably lose it for the plot to develop.

Also old age took a serious hit on Hiruzen's skills and Danzo had Hashirama's cells in him. When both of them were in their prime meaning at the peak of their power Hiruzen was said to be superior. Danzo even admits it himself.

Sasuke has a future. Tbh i hope kishi doenst get any idea from you. Id be annoyed if naruto gets the rennigan or sasuke gives his eyes to naruto. Anway although i believe naruto would most likely lose the fox, i believe the fox's trait will still stay with him since even before he became a jinchuricki, the fox's chakra wouldve merged with his chakra since kushina was the host at that time.

Also believe the extraction would make naruto stronger because i think in time, he would have a contract with the fox and would be able to summon it in battle. Sm naruto + fox summoing = epic. He could just stay away and watch the fox obliterate his enemy

The user gains an increase in strength/power and chakra, therefore combining those two just increases the advantages it gives the user.

Obviously the side abilities of sm being able to sense other people's chakra. Similarly km gives the ability to sense evil thoughts/feelings.

Basically both are more or less the same. Combining them wouldnt make much of a difference.

Sasuke has more potencial and ive already explained why in another thread. He right now is the most complete ninja alive from konoha. Unliek naruto he has mastered all forms of ninja art. Sasuke has more potential than the main character? Also you're not Kishi so you wouldn't know what kind of powers combining km and sm would give him.
