dbz kai is aired on nicktoons, a chaneel specifically for kids. ever since toonami ended, the restrictions on blood has increased, animated blood might not scare most kids, but it can have a mental effect on some, and since nicktoons airs kid-friendly shows, they need to take precautions. if you want it uncut, dont watch on a kiddie network, watch it online or buy the dvds
