Before everyone starts saying Konan because she's Akatsuki and nearly killed Tobi... Think about the logistics.

Temari is actually one of the stronger females in the series. She can use wind release with her fan and keep Konan's origami techniques from really doing much to her.

This would be an awesome fight.

IDK, Temari's wide-spread wind attacks may be a very good matchup for the paper tech.

I say draw because konan can use paper clones, meaning attacking from multiple directions, and its not like temari can just swing her fan around all day without getting tired.

so shell come up with a way to get a killing blow

Because Konan is on a way higher level than temari is. Konan has alot more experience in battle. Sure, Temari could blow away her paper bombs with wind scythe.. but when Konan gets close enough to her to slap some paperbombs on her back, she is done for!!
