Raiton aka lightning release is most commonly found in the hidden cloud village that is found in the land of lightening. Where it has such user's as Darui and A, the 4th Raikage. Darui has the ability to use Ranton: Storm Release when mixing Raton and Suiton chakra and has been seen to create a giant tiger made purely of his signature "black lightening"

The Raikage has the ability to use his Raiton in such advanced ways as to create a powerful armor with it that also enhances his speed.

Raiton has the power to pierce solid rock and so has strength over Doton/earth release, however it is insulated by Fuuton/wind release. The wind blocks off the lightenings flow of chakra, thus dispersing it.

Some powerful techs with raiton is Chidori, it has many variations, one is aued by shaping your raiton around your hands to increase your speed and peircing ability, and stabbing your opponent.

Excellent explanation. We will begin from learning to draw out your lightning chakra. I say we go find ourselves a thunderstorm for meditating. Judging from the sudden humidity of the atmosphere and temperature, I'd say that it's about to rain soon. *sits on a chair, waiting for the thunderstorm*

I don't know. I have had shitload of other tests too so it has limited my time on NB alot.
