Question on the Sharingan

1) First off it's obvious that the rinnengan is above the 4 sharingans in the picture. Now is itachi saying that, Via the Transplant, Madara gained an EMS but thats only have the Story, it also gave birth to a completely new Doujutsu (eye technique) being the rinnengan? and that It dosent mean that Anyone who does the Eye Transplant will gain this power, being the rinnengan?

Indeed rinnegan wouldnt be completely new doujutsu it would be just old new doujutsu.

i was also wondering...i know Doujutsu means "Eye technique" so is it saying Technique as in, "Mugen Tsukyomi" or "Susanoo" or eye technique as in "Sharingan" or "Byakugan"??? maybe i have the term wrong?

Itachi said that the transplant resulted in a completely new Doujutsu. The topic of Itachi's discussion was the EMS. Itachi was telling the story of Madara's EMS to explain why he "wanted to take" Sasuke's eyes. So' Itachi was most probably referring to the EMS.

i agree, and also notice how it says the transplant can only be done between clansmen, this statements leads me to believe you dont even have to be brothers in order to have eyes transplanted into you and gain more power

Yeah which could probably mean that Madara wasn't the only person to have EMS, cuz it said many sacrifices were made, which make me wonder exactly how long ago was ET Madara around?

I doubt, i still believe that Half the story was the EMS, as stated on the top panel.
