think like this, after Suigetsu dies, J man and tsunade kills Jugo, then all three of them kills sasuke,not that sasuke can't be killed by oro.
Many facts depends on how the battle will proceed. u can't just imagine a battle and announce a winner. in vs threads, all u can do is to rely on the manga infos and choose ur own winner based on power and experience.

I know you say that Sasuke can beat Oro because he already did...well that really isn't the case. Sasuke waited until Oro was in his weakest state to defeat him. So if you say Sasuke will have EMS in this fight then All 3 Sannin will most likely be in their prime. Oro could probably beat Sasuke. Oro is the one who could stand up to Naruto in crazy demon fox cloak mode and he was able to but up a good fight to "God of Shinobi"
Hiruzen and bring him to a draw more or less.

Karin will sit back and just track the fight and maybe try to heal Sasuke when he get's messed up but this is against 3 very experienced shinobi who are Kage-level so they would deal with her easily.

Jugo and Suigetsu...they're on the level of round Jounin I would say. J-man/Tsu/Oro can take both on imo.

Sannin for the win.

Sannin win this. Sasuke's EMS powers were never shown to their full extent yet affecting my choice. But prime oro > MS sasuke tbh. His sword can pierce through everything if I remember correctly except maybe itachi's mirror. So there goes sasuke's susanoo defense. J-man can beat juugo, karin, and sugietsu one on one. Or hell two on two with tsuande's help.

Sasuke didn't beat oro. :| He waited until he was weak, then oro got greedy and used his body take over technique and it backfired on him, sealing him inside of sasuke. Then when sasuke fought itachi, oro could of easily killed sasuke. :|
