Oro couldn´t kill sasuke before and he surely can´t beat an ems sasuke!
Jugo was fast and strong enough to block raikages punch and tsunade is not as fast as him!
Suigetsu will lose to j-man but then jugo and sasuke will have finished their battles and they will take him out!

I am not sure if Juugo can defeat Tsuande. I acknowledge that we have yet to see Juugo at FULL STRENGTH. He is always holding back because if he goes into full curse mode thatn he might go bat shit crazy and kill his teammates. And even the one time that he let loose against the raikage, he was still not at full strength because he was in kid mode. ( If you remember he turned into a younger version of himself after he transfered some of his flesh to sasuke so that he can heal him)
We haven't seen Jugo at full strength but from what we saw against the raikage, he has insane reflexes and speed, enough to form a cursed shield and put his arm in the way of A's attack in the split if not less than a split second that a person has to react against A.
He is strong and durable enough to take that direct hit without dying and launch an almost instant couner with his chakra/laser cannons, so yeah the guy has impressive feats.
I will however point out that A was not at full speed and full strength at that time, he was in V1 lightning armour but than Jugo was also not in full strength and full speed since he was still a kid at the time and hadn't absorbed that samurai that he absorbed to regain his size and strength, and heal his injuries. But at the gist of it, it seems to me that Jugo, at full strength can almost match the strength and speed of the raikage and also has that chakra/laser cannon attack that he can use.
He is definately on par or even stronger than tsunade at full strength and definately he would blitz her in speed, even Kabuto was able to blitz her and jugo is way faster.
Jugo also has two other strengths besides overwhelming force and speed, he has the chakra cannons and I think it is possible for him to absorb someone like he did to that samurai in battle, he just has to get close enough and inject that long syringe extension into her. Jugo is quite smart and knowledgeable when he isn't crazy, so it could work.
Plus Jugo has shown abilities similar to pain's asura path, like using chakra jets on his back and shounldet, and elbows to propell himself at blinding speeds, this on top of his already blitz speed and reflexes makes Jugo very dangerous.
But!!
That is the problem here, if Jugo cannot have both his FULL POWER and INTELLIGENCE at the same time, he has to sacrifice one for the other because if he hoes full curse seal than he becomes a bat shit crazy, mindless montster with no tactic or strategy proficiency, if he keeps his intelligence than that means he hasn't gone full curse mode and he is much weaker and slower, this is what puts Jugo at a disadvantage in all of his battles, there is no point in having kage level power if you go bat shit when you use it.
Personally, I think this is what makes me lose respect for Jugo, I mean some people have it almost as hard as him with having to use their bijuu power without going crazy, like now naruto has finally mastered using kyubi's chakra without the madness and insanity, so did kushina, Bee, and Yagura, but Jugo can't even control his own malice.
Plus Sasuke, Tayuya, Kidomaru, kimimaro, jirobo, sakon, and Ukon all mastered using the HIS powers without going insane and he still can't do it even though he is the rightfull owner of that power? That is pathetic man, that guy has no will or backbone. Yeah they had orochimaru's seal to help them and yeah the power and intensity of the curse seal was at a much lower level than his, but that aint an much of an excuse, these are HIS powers and he has had them from birth, he should be able to control it by now.
I think this sannin vs Taka battle hinges on this battle, MS sasuke is like Jiraiya level and ems sasuke? He has Itachi's eyes so that means Taka Mirror and Totsuka sword plus magatama and tsukiyomu, along with his blaze release, he can take Jiraiya no prob.
Orochimaru against suigetsu and karin? Depends, if orochinaru completely ignores karin like danzo and the others than they might hold him off for quite a while but would ultimately lose, oro takes with mid difficulty. Suigetsu has super strength when he hydrates his arm and enlarges it and his hard to injure because of his hydrification tech, plus if there is a water source around than he can use that monster fish form which was powerfull enough to take the eight tails bijuu dama head on, plus oro has never used raiton technique in the manga so we know suigetsu won't have that disadvantage that he had the two time we saw him fight against kumo shinobi. With karin hiding and using her smarts and sensor abilities they could prove to be quite a force if they work together with karin anticipating oro's moves and figuring out his secretes like she did against danzo, but like I said, ultimately, they will lose.
Than the all important battle is the Jugo Tsunade battle, with ems sasuke ultimately overwhelming Jiraiya and oro ultimately overwhelming Karin and suigetsu, it becomes a race for time between thes two, who can win this battle in time to help their comrades, if Jugo can control curse mode without going crazy, I give it to him, if he can't, he will still be insanely strong but will ultimately lose without his intelligence to help make strategic decisions, so as it is now, Tsunade wins, high difficulty.
Score is 2-1 to the sannin and they take it.
