Why naruto is still a genin

well if it counts for anything sauske is only a genin too. If i had to guess he will be granted an honorary title by the time the war is over anyways. There was a chapter where they discussed awards for people in the war so he will undoubtly gain some new title

Wrong. The only time the chunnin exams test the gennin's leadership is in the forest of death and they do not moniter it as it is almost guranteed to test every gennin's leadership , as they pit them against each other.

Naruto dosen't need that , he use his skills

If the kages find the batch of gennins are especially weak , the victor won't be given the promotion.
If the batch is especially strong and you lose , you can still be promoted. It is show case of skill .

You cannot expect a leadership test in the sparring parts and written exam can you??

The forest of death is the only leadership checkpoint and if you survive that , it is considered a pass. Naruto can ace through that part without leadership ,he can use skills .

So skills is all it need for naruto to ace the exams. understand?

thats the one problem with naruto, he always wants to do things himself, he must work as a team, everyone needs battle exp. in order the become stronger, but naruto always wants to be the hero, and i totally respect that, they say naruto may die..
