Just a thread I thought of doing. If the fan-termed PNJ was an actual jutsu who do you think should have it and how powerful would said jutsu be?

it's a jutsu used by Kishi himself. it's abilities; limitless. it allows the user to do whatever they feel without restrictions.

If that is a actual jutsu , the character can control his own reliaty , like immortality , warp speed etc.
