hi everyone we are gonna have a tournament and everybody who wants to take part will be given a month to train if you wish to participate then join tournament group

I have some questions...What the tournament is going to be?
What the rules and the place are?
And when will it take place?

a battling tournament.
ill make the rules later but join the group tournament group if you wanna participate i have a month to decide the rules and ill get people to help me make the rules
you can suggest some rules if you want

I wanna see who would be my rivals :p
Ruls,just use the battle arena rules and put sth lie 2 kai and 2 subs or whatever you want

could you help me a bit i didnt wanna make it but no one wanted to make it so i had to so please post the battle arena rules here so that people will know the rules and approved custom jutsus are allowed

  • To be able to use jutsu at all you must have reached Genin Rank, however you may train in learning ninjutsu while you are at Academy Student Rank.
  • All x rank attacks must have the according x rank damage and x rank chakra shown here. It cannot be any higher or any lower. However, you may put added effects suck as "+5 damage if the foe is covered in water."
  • For a jutsu to be ranked Forbidden it must have a good cause otherwise it will be re-ranked. An example of a good cause is animal transformations. For example, turning into part wolf.
  • All Forbidden jutsu must damage the user in 10 HP otherwise there is no reason to call it Forbidden if it has no side effects.
Custom Jutsu / Custom Element
  • To be able to create custom justu you must be at Jounin Rank.
  • All custom jutsus must be reasonable and cannot be overpowered.
  • All customs must follow the chakra/damage listed here.
  • Custom jutsus must use a real element or a special element that you know(shadow, lava, etc.)
  • To be able to create a custom element you have to suggest it first and it has to be approved.
  • You also have to be of Legendary Ninja Rank to create your own element.
  • To be able to use a custom element that someone is teaching you, you must have reachd Kage Rank.

Element Usage:

Genin- At Genin Rank you are allowed to choose your first element and after choosing you cannot change it.

Chunin- At Chunin Rank you are allowed to choose your second element and after choosing you cannot change it.

Jounin- At Jounin Rank you are allowed to choose your third element and after choosing it you cannot change it. You are also allowed to use a Kekkei Genkai element if you have one. (Hyouton, Mokuton, etc.) You must have been a member for one month.

Sannin- At Sannin Rank you are allowed to choose your fourth element. You must jave been a member for two months. (Rin'negan Users are able to use all five elements at this rank. They obtain there remaining two elements at this point.)

Legendary Ninja- At Legendary Ninja Rank you are allowed to obtain your fifth and final element. You must have been a member for three months.

Before Battle

Before beginning a battle with your partner(s), there are a few things you must decide on first. I will list them here.

Terrain: You and your partner(s) must decide on a terrain which you will battle on. You must also decide on the weather(rain, snow, etc). This does not mean that the weather can't change through the use of a jutsu.

Element Usage: If you and your partner(s) have reached Kage Rank your able to choose how many elements you will use in this battle. Any lower rank goes according to the Element Usage Chart above.

Type of Battle: Choose the type of battle you want. No restrictions, taijutsu battle, ninjutsu only battle, team battle, etc.

Basic Rules
  • Only three moves are allowed per turn.
  • You cannot just say "I block the attack", you have to describe how you block it by describing what you do or you can use ninjutsu to block it.
  • You cannot just avoid an attack, you have to block it.
