no he didnt he sead that he was a really interesting kid and he used him he could of defeated haku if he wanted after all hes one of the 7 swordsmen and he was really strong almost all of of wave coutry feared him

One thing that's a little different on this Manga from other mangas is that previous villains would still be just as formidable if they came back. Zabuza was one of the seven swordsman of the mist. He went toe to toe with Kakashi and was able to hold his own for a while. Zabuza would definitely be able to hold his own against Naruto, but I think Naruto would win in the end. Just because he was the first real big villain in this series doesn't mean he was weak. (IE. It's not like Napa from the Saiyan saga of DBZ).
