Sasuke's sussano arrow is almost undodgeable if you don't have shit fast speed....Kakashi said it's too fast to dodge and he had to kamui it away, and danzo said he couldn't even make a handseals....Mei doesn't even look faster than kakashi...she's dead in 1 second
Not to mention now his arrows are coated with amaterasu

Hate to say this, but Sasuke is really beginning to obtain the true power of the Uchiha - in other words, he is badass like Madara, us haters just have to face it! Although I hate to admit it, Sasuke would walk all over Mei

You guys are underestimating Mei I'm not saying she will beat Sasuke but theirs a reason she is a Kage...remember that Naruto characters don't just die with one big hit plus who said MEI is slower than Kakashi lmao? You haven't even seen her at her full speed she will definitly put up a fight, but I think Sasuke will win this.

Yah Sasuke would clearly win this one, the only reason she almost killed him was because he was pinned down and low on chakra
her main trait is her ninjutsu....Her lava.....Where have you seen any indications of even the slightest speed? yet throughout the entire manga kakashi has been praised for his speeed.. by people like tobi and pain.......Untill proven otherwise no you can't say she's faster than kakashi.... that is the speculation....Is gaara on foot faster than kakashi also?

Mei is all offensive ninjutsu with no shown defensive ninjutsu so a susanoo arrow, Amaterasu, or Tsukyomi is all that's needed.
Btw what female character is as fast as Kakashi?
Not being sexist just using common sense, there are no super fast Kunoichi in Naruto, Tsunade is probably the fastest with her great evasiveness and when it comes to speed she is nowhere near Kakashis level.
