Who is the strongenst Shinobi?

2. Most Stamina and Chakra.
3. Sensory.
4. Highly Damaging Rasenshuriken.
5. Bad-Ass Taijutsu with Sage-Mode.
6. Mere Clones were able to hold EDO-MADARA off.
7. Has the most Experience against Rinnegan.
8. Has powerful summons.
9. Genjutsus are useless against him.
10. Has the ultimate Back-Up i.e. The Nine Tailed Fox.

One problem i have seen with determining who is the strongest even per catergory is that since the 4th ninja war we have seen other shinobi who have come out of their shell that were only introduced recently, raikage's right hand for example (forgive me i dont know his name) but he was able to stop the demon brothers. im not saying he is one of the strongest but the possibility that we havent even seen what alot of these new characters are capable of yet.

This entirely my opinion,I'm not saying this has to be the 'universal truth' or anything. I can be wrong, but here goes.

From what I've seen, there r 4 candidate for the post(without so6p of course,he is out of the calculation). they r Rinnegan Madara, Hashirama Senju, Minato Namikaze and hiruzen sarutobi.

If I Go by jutsus, it might be Madara or Minato, Cause Madara Is Amazingly Too much powerful, and I haven't seen any jutsu to counter FTG properly or any jutsu powerful enough to deflect a TBB like Minato's Barrier. But If I go by the statement made in the manga, it's Sarutobi !!

Let me explain. Minato lost his life against kyuubi to save naruto. Now,no matter what the circumstance is, If u r Really that strong, you should've done better. Minato also said he is giving up his life to make naruto ready for tobi or madara........or who ever it is. That can be meant as he knew he wasn't powerful enough to stop that person, so he left the task for naruto. if you wanna say otherwise, I say we have seen a few people who could have done better in that situation,like madara,possibly nagato. my main point is minato failed to stop kyuubi and save everybody at the same time, where a few others just might can despite the circumstance.

Secondly, Ems Madara lost to Hashirama senju, Who outmatched madara in every way,according to manga. Now,how powerful has Rinnegan Madara become than Ems Madara? He sure had his susano, so it is possible that Ems Madara could also use Meteor no jutsu(i dunno the name). So the only two upgrades rinne-madara has as we've seen so far are wood release and absorbing chakra or ninjutsu. IMO,this two ability doesn't make madara massively more powerful than ems madara, may be a little. That means Rinne-madara may be equal to Hashirama, or just a little bit more powerful than him, but never super stronger than Hashirama.

Now,according to manga again, Hiruzen Sarutobi was consider the strongest Hokage. That means he was more powerful that The 1st. But how much? I think he was more powerful than Hashirama than madara was,cause if he was just a little bit more powerful, nobody would bother telling he was stronger. Instead,in that case they would say they were almost equal or the same. Sarutobi must be more powerful than hashirama with a significant power difference,otherwise it wouldn't be mentioned.

In that case, Hiruzen Sarutobi becomes the strongest ninja of all !!! O.O
It's hard for me to believe that a old hag like him was the strongest at his prime, but can't deny it with this facts in my mind.

There r other candidate who has\had the caliber to become the strongest, but either they died(itachi),or they haven't become that strong yet(naruto,sasuke).

first of all there is no proove that Tobi is Madara, Tobi is alive and the true Madara was resurrected, so it is ok to assume that tobi and Madara are two different people. Secondly Tobi has prooven that he is able to devise a plan that takes a really long time to develop, and he has shown that he has a very deep knowledge about history and the ninja-world as a whole.
Minato never got to proove that his has that great an intelligence, cause he died, he showed foresight in sealing the kyuubi inside Naruto together with some of his & Kusina's chakra, but they seem more like security measures than part of grand plan.

Shikamaru has shown great skills in analysing a current situation devise a rather smart plan, but he doesn't have that much knowledge about the ninja world and history, and his father Shikaku has also prooven to be smarter t´han him. Shikamaru is great at analysing but that is only one aspect of intelligence. When Shikamaru gets older and gets more knowledge and experience, then he can definatly be one of if not the most intelligent of all, but for now I at least wouldn't put him in the group of the most intelligent ninjas.

first of all tobi already said that he was madara so what can u assume other than what i said ?

second of all minato was smart enough to make FTG jutsu and to make the rassengan and to use the sealing jutsu in a way nobody have ever thought of. he never misanalyzed the situation . when he faught with tobi (madara's body) he knew what to do and he did it without any hesitation and the result was saving his village from the 9 tails ... saving his son .. outsmarting tobi (madara's body) and laying a direct hit razengan on the back of his neck.
i think i proved my point

3d of all is am talking abt smartness not experience and shikimaru surpasses all when it comes to IQ. however when it comes to experience he will get it with age

going to the tobi madara topic, there isnt a full way to prove that tobi is madara's body or that is a seperate person. he states multiple times that he is madara but later when we see the madara we know(armor, hair, style etc) we assume that tobi isnt madara. what flame has mentioned does make a great point that he good be his body since we dont know what madara did after his fight with the 1st. Tobi could just be using the name of madara to use as fear and influence over everyone because people know what he can do and is capable of. also we cant really know for sure because this manga has given a decent amount of twists that alot of us didnt even expect.

As far as ive heard most people think Tobi is either madara's body or the SO6P son.

I pretty much agree, although tobi and nagato should also be in the top tier class.Tobirama and shisue are also underrated...

By hype, Hiruzen is the strongest ever;at least according to the manga,how can you beat a guy who shares the same nickname as So6p himself.Too bad he can't be resurrected.
