A chat system!

You guys should add a chatroom system type of thing. Late at night or early whenever actually and ur on the site you can chat with whoever else is on. LIke have a couple main channels and then ppl can msg each other individually like FB does. You might even have this already im not to sure, im still new to NB but just a thought

This is not Facebook, a forum works differently to Facebook, it would slow the forum down way to much, so it's a bad idea that has been made countless times.

No not at all, do you understand how annoying it can be when you see the same thread but made by a different member? So have I, I don't think NB need's a 'Chat System', it's fine they way it is.

there are countless forums that have chat systems on them, facebook has nothing to do with this.... so stop comparing it to facebook....

Agreed! wouldnt have to constantly refresh the page and stuff. But i guess its a no so oh well. Worth a shot.

For starters, do you even know if the site can run a live chat system? I know it's possible, but is the server strong enough to handle something like that for a long time? That's a reason in itself that this shouldn't be implemented.

Makes things a lot more fun

Easier to communicate rather it be for fun or for site business

Thats all i can really come up with at the top of my head didnt really put much thought into it but yeah. Alternative puts up a valid point :/
