Flying Thunder God level 2??

I was just reading some old chapters and i noticed Minato say "that was flying thunder god technique level 2" when he rasenganed tobi.

No it just means level two as in this level teleports the user via a kunai
while level on teleports attacks against users away like did with the Tailed Beast Bomb

The flying thunder god level 2 most likely is a moving kunai able to let confuse your enemy and help minato move faster

I think it meant teleporting to a moving object... With lvl1 he teleports to a seal that is static, it doesn't move, it is just set there, while the kunai (with lvl2) was moving at quite a fast speed.

your theory dont make sense, cause he didnt teleport a few feet away from the kunai he teleported right to it,

he not gonna land exactly on the kunai he gonna land in the general area where it is,

he said right before he hit tobi that it was gonna be a contest of speed, so im guessing FTG level 2 means faster speed which might mean more chakra used

i think ftg lvl 2 is just a name of a counter attack useing ftg.

This makes sense, and it would be totally epic to see something like that used in the war. Too bad Naruto doesn't know it.

Nope. FTG is unique because the technique DOESN'T consume chakra.
