The forest was open and a chilled breeze roamed the barren landscape, Blankets upon blankets of snow were piled onto the everlasting green grass who were surviving the harshest of Winters. The Trees were withered and defunct as they stood stiff and crisp in the air, only a few bleak survivors stood sheltered in the shade with a tedious expression. A boy casually steps onto the bitter snow, breaking the raw silence. He clenches his fist and slowly creeps along the slow leaving barley a trace behind him, he takes a long sniff as if he was tracking his prey. He discreetly glances at a nearby bush revealing his prominent crimson eyes as they glow within the separated light from above. He takes a few more steps forward as the tension becomes almost visible to the naked eye and with an abrupt stop he briskly swoops his left leg across the snow sending fragments of snow flicking up into the air, as it slices through the bush a flimsy figure falls forward with an alarmed expression only to be met with a firm fist to stomach.
The flimsy figure falls to the ground as he clenches his stomach. The boy with the crimson eyes looks down like a hawk only to break out in laughter with a cheesy grin.

"Looks like i got you, again" Shouted the crimson-eyed boy.

"No fair Rikuto!, you cheated your not allowed to use your sharingan!" said the flimsy figure with gloomy face.

Rikuto smirked as he turned away “Not my problem, find someone else to play with or unlock yours”.

He walked away from the flimsy boy waving his hand backwoulds in a royal manor.
Rikuto entered the warm reaches of the village once again and upon arrival let out a much needed sigh. Walking across the town he noticed all types of Men and Women of all different shapes and sizes. Glancing over to his left he saw Sadao, the village teacher hopelessly trying to calm down a class of academy students who had discovered chakra control for the first time. Oblivious to were he was going Rikuto almost tramped over a travelling tradesmen cart who didn’t appreciate the boys attempt of destroying all his stock. The boy travelled to the far east of the village were he half-heartedly pushed open a wooden door to his house, Upon arrival a young women glanced over with a memorable smile.
"Good afternoon, looks like you had an eventful day" she said noticing the child like smirk Rikuto had plastered on his face.

"Hmph, not really. Unless you call playing games eventful" he said as he sat down on a wooden stool unloosening his sandals.

As Rikuto began unraveling the never ending laces to his sandals a bulky figure appeared from the shadows and towered over the back of the stool. He placed his giant of a hand onto Rikutos head and gave a powerful rustle to his silky black hair.

"I hope you were out training like all the lads are, lifes going to get hard now" he said
removing his hand from the boys head which was now chaotic and ranged.

"Eh,i did a bit but its not exactly life-thrilling dad" Said Rikuto who was now multi-tasking to unbutton his cloak and dab down his hair which was frustratingly resistant.

"Nonsense, tell you what after tea ill give you a lesson on Kenjutsu. That is your favorite is it not?" Said the dad who gave a glancing look to his son looking for a heads up.

"Yeah! Let’s do that, better than playing overkill with those lanky kids" Said Rikuto in a proud and manly manner as he stood up tall trying to imitate his father’s pose.

He immediately stampeded over to the corner of the room almost knocking his mother over. He opened the cupboard door as it slowly creaked open,Rikudo stared into the darkness and gleefully grabbed and old wooden box. He clicked open the rusted hatch and forced the box apart causing and old tethered rag to fling across the floorboards and slowly halting near the raging fire. He ran over and cradled the cloth rag and slowly removed it revealing a glimmering iron sword. He stroked the metal up and down and firmly grasped the bandaged handle. He flung around narrowly missing his father’s beard and held the sword in front of him.

"I'll finally be able to use my birthday present" Exclaimed Riduto swinging and slamming his sword around trying to cut the thin air. His father caught the sword mid swing causing Rikuto to almost go flying into the Fire

"A house is no place for weapons son, wait till dinner" Said his father in a calm but very meaningly full tone

Rikuto gave a sulking sigh and released the sword from his grip and dragged himself to the table were he impatiently began to rant again dinner.

"What are you going to teach me anyway?" whispered Rikuto in a child like manor refusing to face his father

"Him, since you’re so eager maybe I’ll teach you some blocking moves" he said in a sarcastic tone as he chowed down on his beef stew

"Uhg I’d rather sit around reading books than do that" preached Rikuto as he scoffed down his dinner in a matter of seconds like a dog

"Hm,well since your so grown up how about i teach you...Something dangerous" said his dad giving Rikuto a playful nudge almost knocking him of his chair, Ignored for a few seconds Rikuto immediately planted his face against his father’s as he begged for a chance to learn something 'useful'

"Alright, alright settle down. I’ll meet you outside in 5 minutes, Come prepared" He said as he gave a dad like wink to him sun and he gracefully kissed his wife and shuffled his way out of the door.

Rikuto gave an expression rare to him, excitment. His hazel eyes lit up like a candle in the night as he began thinking of all the amazing moves he would be taught. One thing was clear,Rikuto was going to make this a afternoon to remember.
