Minato had three students; Rin, Obito, & Kakashi.
Kakashi>Shizune & Sakura, and you can't leave out any of their students, so you should have "sakura & shizune < obito, rin, & kakashi". Which is also true.

the truth is lady tsunade sama is stronger and also better than minato for many reasons
1-tsunade sama has super monster strenght that can destroy buliding and mountains only by one punch so if she punch minato then minato will be dead before he know that
2-minato dosn't deserve to be the 4th hokage and he was joinin but konoha gave him the title of the 4th hokage after he scrificed his life for the village so tsunade sama should be the 4th hokage
3- it's not a big deal that minato is faster than tsunade because we all know that (flash can't beat superman) so minato= flash and tsunade= superman :flaw:
4-tsunade sama rank is higher than minato & before they earn the title of hokage ,minato kun was joinin but tsunade sama was one of the legendary saninn
5- tsunade sama is better sensei than minato , thanks for her training we have 2 elite ninja ( sakura & shizune )
6- minato attack can't effect tsunade sama since she can heal herself anytime and minato only jutsu is rasengan kinda (boring :flaw

I get your point and somehow u r right... but this is not about them, is just about Kishimoto. Any way, I gotta let u know that Namikase Minato was Hokage before the fight against Madara and the Kyubi, just because the 3rd , Sarutobi realized that Minato was WAY stronger than him and so stepped back to give him the title of Hokage.
Also, notice that Tsunade would have never defeated Kyubi and Madara at the same time and different places.... that makes it clear enough for me, even though probably, on a 1v1 combat , Tsunade's Taijutsu would be unbeatable... not to mention her Genesis of the Divine Rebirth ninja art, which will make her immortal as long as she had chakra...
The true is that we'll never know the answer to this question, therefore everyone can have a self opinion of this.
