Not fair that you add the Aces Flames are Uneatable. You should leave them as they are. In which case the answer would Natsu. Adding Stipulations to a fight makes it impossible to accurately judge. Thats like asking who would win between Mayweather and Manny P if Mayweather was slower and Manny less powerful.

Natsu and Ace show up and both display that they have the ability to create and manipulate Fire. While Ace can become fire itself, he soon finds out Natsu is able to eat the flames and gain added strength, which he will most likely display with is Fire Dragon Roar, as he always does. Ace is strong enough not be knocked out right way, but just like what he did with Blackbeard, he is smart enough to rethink his strategy, at which point he stops himself from shooting flames at Natsu directly and attempts to work around him with martial arts alone.

In my opinion, Natsu as a very limited hand to hand fighting technique, mostly consisting in pure strength allied with his Fire Dragon techniques, like Fire Dragon Punch and stuff, whereas Ace has a more experienced fighting ability, very versatile and agile and most of all, fast. It would be no brained that Ace would eventually both tire out and subdue Natsu.

He might even force him to release the Fire/Lightning Dragon Roar, which would surprise Ace, but not be all that effective, given that he possesses Haki, thus having an head start on Natsu's moves, not to mention that despite Natsu being able to eat fire, Ace is fire itself, and cannot be defeated with Fire or Lightning, as they just pass through (Natsu gives out the appearance he can't be defeated by Fire, but the truth is that he is only highly resistant to eat, and can power up by eating it) With the right aim, one can torch Natsu alive, and Ace would be in the position to do it given that with his superior martial art skills, subduing Natsu would be no problem.
