Old news. Kagami, along with every other Uchiha, was not present during the fox attack. So its likely they were warned by Tobi and evacuated before the attack, or they were in on it.

As for Kagami, we don't yet know what happened to him. He may have died long before the nine tails attack on Konoha.

During that time the Uchiha were having a Clan Meeting, he possible was the head at the time.
He's presumably dead.
We'll eventually see, but I doubt he was like the other Uchiha. I bet he was just like the other people of that Generation and had the Will of Fire in him
Majority of the people who inherited the Will of Fire are either dead or going to die.
