They are ressurected as they were at their peak, it dosnt make any difference wether they died with their eyes or not, if they were at their peak with their eyes then obviously they will have their eyes. Dont know where you guys got this idea from

kabuto can use any cells to resurrect and shisui made sure to dispose of his body danzo had only taken one of his eyes.
