Nagato wins, he's on a different level than both of them. Their only option would be to beat nagato to death with frog katas, and getting close to nagato will be extremely difficult when he spams powerful shinra tenseis, lasers and missiles at them. Frog song is also an option, but a shinra tensei will stop the song, and nagato will most likely not fall into the trap again.

And even if they get to nagato, he has to deal with asura arms, and a potential soul rip. And of course nagato could just chibaku tensei at the beginning of the match and its gg for team one.

Summonings, Rasenshuriken, Sage techs, all come into play, not just taijutsu.

Naruto uses rasenshuriken and Jiraiya goes in for the kill with frog kata. Nagato would be forced to use the absorb ninjutsu thingy or Human path. Jiraiya sacrific himself FTW Just so you know, chakra projectiles such as rasenshuriken can't be repelled o_o

we've seen the strongest summonings (gamabunta ken hiro) taken out with a single shinra tensei from DEVA, and nagatos are way stronger. So summonings won't make a difference.

All ninjutsu have no effect on nagato since he can activate preta path all the time. so their only option is frog katas, which make them one of the best pairs to take on nagato since they both are two of the greatest taijutsu users in the manga but it is still a long shot.

And then there is chibaku tensei....
