Is it possible that Naruto and Sasuke will both get the Rennigan?

why does everyone keep saying he is a uzumaki ?
i didn't think he was a bastard and his father is a yondime , his mom is a uzumaki
last time i checked people keep their fathers clans

Minato Namikaze Is the 4th Hokage's name and it was already atayed that the 3rd Hokage gave Naruto his mom's last name because if anyone found out Naruto was Minato son then all of Minato's enemies would be after him. Minato was feared by many, flee on sight orders were given for the rock ninjas when they saw him during the 3rd great ninja war.

ok this makes naruto a namikaze , but my point is the same , why would he be a uzumaki if minato isn't
and the rinnegan didn't belong to nagato , which is why he didn't master it , but he was the most suited one to use it because of his uzumaki chakra

i'm from the alashkham clan , my mom is from a sefaw clan , in my country
it is literally impossible to count me as a a sefaw , even if my father was unkown i will be called ahmed sefaw , but i will still not be a sefaw

i know that , he might of took his mothers name , but that doesn't really make him a uzumaki
if that was true than people could get the sharingan by having uchiha mothers

I got this theory from one guy. He says both Naruto and Sasuke would get the Rennigan by different means, then they would fight each other.

I'm sceptical about whether this theory would make sense, suit the story etc.
So I would like to know your thoughts about this.

To get Rinnegan Sasuke doesn't need Senju DNA,I hate when people say that.Sasuke can awaken his Rinnegan,Senju DNA is justed used to to Izangi and Wood Release
