I don't know it depends on if they can beat Madara because Madara is like a healthy mix between Nagato and Itachi. But from the fight going on if the kages work in sync like Tsu/raikage then they MIGHT win. I think mei will be rendered useless because Nagato can absorb chakra attacks so mei might be out of the question. Tsunade might can fight for a little while then some one will be injured prob Raikage because his so brash then Tsui will have to tank. Garaa I don't think stand a chance even though he has shown some justus in the Madara fight.

He said heathy Itachi. That can either be two things; the itachi before he stared going blind or the Itachi after edo if you can call that healthy. And you can't used outnumbered because Muu and Madara (I call them the M&M's lol) are outnumbered and Madara is doing all the work.

Sure they are outnumbered but they have what it takes to win.
Both characters are stronger than any of the kages

I think Itachi and nagato are far away above kage level.
Especially with the mind of itachi
and strength/stamina of nagato the 5 kages will be defeated but with extremely high difficulty.

The current Itachi's an edo so that shouldn't really even be brought up considering edos are invincible. Also there's no evidence that a healthy Itachi has any more chakra than the sick Itachi. Madara's also not fairing too well right now and he's basically a combination of Nagato and Itachi.

It annoys me when people say so and so is beyond Kage level. Many Kage are above Kage level, they just hold the title.

That being said, Itachi and Nagato are one of the most unstoppable two man teams in the Naruto universe, the only teams that could even think to contend with them is Hashirama/Tobirama and Hashirama/Minato/Hiruzen/Madara/Tobi(all interchangeable). Five kages, in my opinion, would be too much for any two man team.

Onoki is really the main thing. If Onoki is at "full power" as the OP says, that means he is younger and in his prime. Seeing how well he has performed at his age, I think an Onoki in his prime would be pretty beast. Tsunade can heal everyone, while using taijutsu on the offensive. A is super fast(too fast for genjutsu he stated, though I do not underestimate Itachi's prowess) and strong. Gaara has the ultimate defense. Mei has two OP elemental releases. I have to give the slight victory to the Kage, though I believe it would be a struggle.

Considering the fact that Jiraiya could have beaten Nagato, I'll go with the Kages
