You're assuming Naruto even starts out in kyuubi mode and he was able to against the raikage. Also he can place seals wherever he wants so he doesn't even need to use his kunai.

They both need to prep for their speed as Naruto crouched like a racer about to take off before he used his full speed on Raikage, he is not constantly at that speed, neither is Raikage. If Naruto was constantly at that speed he would have beat the crap out of Edo Itachi in their taijutsu bout and would have reached the frontlines hours ago. If Minato managed to spread seals when facing Raikage multiple times then I dont see a problem.

Naruto has to prep his speed as well. He can't move at that speed constantly while in km as seen when fighting Itachi and Nagato when he was at normal speed. Also again you're assuming Naruto starts out in km.

we all know tobi's speed can compare to Minato's Second level Ftg, so in the upcoming chapters it may be revealed whether naruto is a match or not for minato.
