my 13 year old nephew wants to make an account the naruto base from my computer.His parents dont let him online due to all the things kids his age are not supposed to look at. Any way i was wondering am i allowed to let him or would that be considered an alt account? I figured if he does it here at m house i can monitor what he looks at online witch i do anyway. So could someone help me out here is it allowed or no good. i dont want to break the rules or have people think i am doing it for nefarious reasons.
