Kakashi's aim with the technique has to be exactly on point to suck the user in and how is that possible when Onoki's flying incredibly fast? It isn't. Also Onoki could just fly out of his range and spam jinton.

If Onoki can travel faster than a speeding nail being propelled by gravity itself, then he can probably avoid Kamui but realistically, he suffers from back pains that considerably reduces his movements ~_~

All of the times kakashi has used kamui it has always been on an object that was moving in a linear fashion (pain's needle, susanoo arrow, deidara when flying etc.)

He doesn't need to. Jinton techniques have a very wide area of effect which would most likely hit kakashi even ina wide open area.
