A single killer blow has never killed a jinchuriki. Not until their tailed beasts were extracted did they actually die. This was true for Gaara, he was dead when the shikaku was pulled out of him, also Kushina who died after the extraction. There was no one grand move to the neck or head, its manga not real life, you simple minded retard.

If the tailed beast is removed from its jinchūriki's body, the jinchūriki will die. Similarly, if the jinchūriki dies with the tailed beast still sealed within them, the beast will die too.
