One of my friend is from japan he said that in the anime jiraya said power and its obvios that he's talking about kyubi's power cuz he also says that his short temper is a problem !

術 = Jutsu

権力 = power

actually i just looked at it again and it says "jutsu" in the chinese version. so hope i has cleared it out for you.

i provided you the info based on the chinese simbols from the manga and the fact that the one pertaining to "power" it is not in the manga, but the chinese simbol for "jutsu" or "operation" is.

this one: 術 (which in japanese means art. same as jutsu or to operate)

he is from japan but the manga is written in simplified chinene, im not saying he is wrong but maybe he is

no no he didnt read the manga he wachted the anime !!!!!

PS: its not chinese its "kanji" is also written in japan like hiragana and katakana in china the Kanji letters are little bit diffrent as i learned it @ university !
