when itachi was edo and he said to naruto that he can no longer use his ms then he comes out of nowhere with sasunoo, Also i thought he had no eyes...there in sasuke.. if anyone knows about this plz tell me

About the second part, you are wrong. Edo revives people as they were the moment before they died. He died with his eyes so he has them. On the first part I think either Kishi fucked up, or he meant that he couldn't use MS at the moment

I think he's refering to Shisiu's MS when he says it can't be used anymore, there's nothing wrong with any of it...

Its pretty obvious he's talking about shisui's MS fading away since the panel right before shows the crow with just a normal sharingan, and not shisuis MS.

He's definitely talking about shisui 's Ms. Also the edo person is brought back the way they were before they did. Unless the user modifies the summon Madara. The reason they can use the eyes is simple its not there eyes its a corps body covered in ash and dirt. It's not itachi's body.
