Danzou wins. Sai would be support for Kakashi as cover fire, his extra life line, diverter but ultimately Sai posses no treat to Danzou. So it's really a 1 on 1 fight Kakahsi vs Danzou and sorry to say Danzou old sorry ass comes out on top...Kakashi doesn't have a lot of chakra to expend killing Danzou repetitively while Danzou's counter's would be unseen and very hard to avoid. Not to mention Mokuton no Jutsus Kakashi couldn't beat Danzou.

If Danzo is in another dimension im sure he can kill himself then use Izanagi back to the battle field. Plus you need to remember that Danzo has Kotoamatsukami. And Kakashi can only use Kamui so much times.
