Which jounins can take out a kage?

Sasuke doesn't count as a genin now, he is S-class criminal (S-class consists of ninjas from jonin level to post kage level depending upon their power, respect, fear and deeds either good or bad), similarly Naruto is a sage now, it isn't a rank in whole world but in konoha it is and EVERY SAGE IS A KAGE LVL BUT NOT EVERY KAGE IS SAGE LVL...

But s-rank criminals isnt really a rank, similar to sannin. Therefore if jiraiya, oro and sasuke were still in konoha they are technically jonins. In sasuke's case genin.

guy even beat kisame which is considered to be one of the few if not the only one to be strong as or stronger than a jinchuriki! kakashi could have never done that alone.

Kabuto isn't a jounin...that's why I didn't list Naruto or Sasuke either. Madara and Kin-Gin brothers along with a number of other dead jounin could beat a Kage.
