That doesnt prove it can be used on people simultaneously, since time can be altered in Tsukiyomi he can hit targets quickly one after another, but not simultaneously. I agree with everything else you said though.

how is it deadlier than tsukyomi? it has been the only genjutsu to be clearly explained as the only genjutsu which will:: 1. alter time - 2. kill the person caught under it almost immediately.

JUST because frog song can hit mutiple targets, doesn't make it deadlier than a genjutsu that actually KILLS... in a second!

It really depends on how many people you are facing and if they have knowledge on it. Tsukuyomi is better in a 1 on 1 situiation but against many people like Pain, I would say frog song is better.

You can plug your your ears with lot of different things. You can take off your shirt and tie it around your head. You can make shadow clones and have them plug your ears. You can run away. You could make earplugs out of wood. You can cut off your ears. You could be deaf. If I were a ninja I would definitely bring ear plugs. They're light and they could be helpful. you could dive underwater. You could use your hands. I could make more ways but I got to go. It is not that hard to prevent.

Well I dont think I have seen Itachi cast a genjutsu on someone he wasnt looking at. Kakashi might have just told them that to avoid making eye contact with him. But if it were true that Itachi can hit multiple opponents with Tsukuyomi, I still think frog song is more effective since it is harder to dodge.

It is unclear how loud frog song is. I think if you drown it out enough than it won't effect you. Also you could dive because I am the first hokage I can make wooden ear plugs. And why not bring ear plugs, they're so light you wouldn't even notice.

BOTH can affect multiply targets. Weve seen it with the frog genjutsu. With tsukuyomi kakashi told kurenai and asuma not to open their eyes, due to the fact that if they do, they would also be caught in it

Don't think you're right on that one, we have never actually seen someone catch multiple people in tsukyomi, Kakashi was the only one who ended up in it.
