21.12.2012. The date when Mesoamerican (Mayan) Long Count calendar ends. Is it also the end of us all ?
Crushed with a huge Meteor, sucked into giant Black Hole presumed to exist in the centar of our Galaxy ( where our Solar system accidentally will be at that time ) or something completely "mundane" like a zombie virus or nuclear holocaust.

The Mayan calendar ending is supposed to represent a new age, when people undergo a physical or spiritual transformation. But other people have suggested it brings the end of the world :/ Exaggerating much?

What's interesting is that even professional Mayan scholars stated themselves that no predictions of impending doom are found in any of the Maya accounts, yet people keep insisting it's time to go next year o.o
