It is hard to say what the way to resolve this is unless u know why she is like that. I grew up around guys & so I kinda acted like one. so, maybe she sees you you and your other brother got along & she want to be included. A way for you to, as Naruto says, "recognize" her. I think that comment about getting punching gloves may actually B a great idea. And then give her pointers & advise so she knows you are acknowledging her. Little brothers or sisters don't like being ignored or feeling like a third leg.

I try to make it a point not to hit a girl but if it ever comes down to it, i´d give her a good slap. That also depends where and when it happens, if i´m in a really bad mood that day then she better watch out, if my friends or people i know well see it then she better watch out.
Otherwise, i´m just gonna take it, get out of there and pretend like nothing happened.
I won´t ever open myself to receive multiple punches to the face cuz the first time she punches me, i´m gonna punch back twice as hard and see how she likes it, i don´t care what anyone thinks.

It´s not ok to hit a chick but they shouldn´t cross the line either.
Some girls will hit you on purpose cuz they have this notion in their head they can do whatever they want and not have anything happen to them.
you sound like a hypocrite, because if there are exceptions, there Couldnt be Equality between men and women, if we do what is in favor to women, and they do not do what is in favor to us its not called equality, its called bullshit!, women also should take our biology into consideration in that case, but they dont, they are always trying to do everything a man does regardless of biological difference! - and they do not care about our pride nor our honor!
to me men are all about honor and pride, a woman should respect a man enough not to punch him from the back continuesly just because the man doesnt punch back!
That argument is ridiculous as it ignores a load of down to earth real issues and the exact meaning of the equality or equal behaviour towrds both sexes.
Make another thread if you want to argue gender roles and equality among sexes. Or if we want to do it in this thread wait when i have time for the details.
As for your last paragraph it's not much to do with honour and pride - it's about EGO. Your honour and pride is in danger only when you appear to be a jerk at the end of the fight- usually when you fight with somebody much weaker than you.
My sister is an alcoholic. An abusive one actually and she's crazy as hell. She's also addicted to pills that she abuses the hell out of, taking 5 times her regular amount and when she runs out after a week she becomes furious and will seriously hit you for no reason at all. She used to lash out at her bf, my mom and She also used to hit my brother, I would witness it and he wouldn't do anything back because she's a woman. This made her think she could start doing it to them when ever she wanted. So then one day she decides to hit me, I didn't do anything back the first few punches, but then she went for another, I snapped and I slammed her to the ground as hard as I could, choking her and punched her in the face twice. Now she quit lashing out at my family. She hasn't done anything to them in 8 months. There's a lesson here somewhere.
