Just add some good quality episodes, change contrast/color balance and add some text.

I probably could do better. And if you think I will show you well I can't, my computer isn't good enough but in the past I did create amvs and also I'v watched pretty much 1000s of AMVs so yes I can judge which videos are good and bad.

R u doing one for each main character, like a mini bio on who that character is & what that character's goal is?

Not really but I've done one on Sasuke, Itachi and Jiriya.. Maybe Naruto, it depends how you look at it. But we'll see in the future. But it's not a plan right now.
