Supposedly "that" jutsu is a technique Minato left specifically to defeat the masked man and he is fighting the masked man right now.

don't forget Kabuto has a "That Jutsu" as well.

I was refering to Naruto's "that" jutsu not Kabuto's.

And obviously Kabuto's that jutsu will be shown before Naruto's, "that" jutsu is the reason Minato sealed Kyuubi in Naruto Jiraiya said it, it has been the most hyped jutsu in the manga and its the main character we are talking about, naturally Naruto's "that" jutsu will turn to be superior to that of Kabuto's, no shame in that. For all we know it could be the technique RS used to seal Juubi.
