Let me know if I'm mistaken but didn't the Raikage lose his right arm during Sasuke's fight so why is he going around with his left missing and his right still there.

there has been no conversation regarding him getting a new arm, the mistake purely is that hand, however its still unconfirmed if he has one because we didnt see A's other arm and until we do see it with a glimsp of the sleeve internally we cannot rule out the possibility.
