Naruto isnt a hokage.
Anyway ill go with akatsuki, not because they have the number advantage but they have two rennigan users and i believe two rennigan users alone can win this fight, if you add the rest its overkill

1= kages are outnumbered.
2= Itachi,Nagato are above kage level .
3= Madara is just too extremly powerfull right now.


I can c the kages only winning when: they get 3 sanins added then maybe they have a chance imo.

Naruto is not a hokage and this is not fair, those are 10 akatsuki's vs 6 people if you take out 4 of the akatsuki I give to the hokage's but for now akatsuki wins.
