Itachi is smart, he wouldnt get into battles he knows he cant win.
If you seriously haven't realized itachi's alterior motives, then you need to reread naruto manga from chapter 1WTH, your theory doesnt make sence at all, they could just leave without fighting.

Ma and Pa have no effect on itachi's tsukyomi.. .They would have a effect on his normal genjutsu....
His tsukyomi lasts only 1 second in the real world... and days in his world.... Thus there is no breaking it...
