Let all agree that the rennigan is the same lvl as the ems

EMS is the biggest disappointment ever! Sasuke is nothing special with it. If he wants to match up with Madara he is going to need the Rinnegan. Also how about this:

go to chapter 549 page 9 and you will see nagato use the same jutsu without susannoo. How can a jutsu use a justsu by the way?

That doesnt mean that the ems is stronger than rennigan, at the end of the day its always the user that determines how strong and effective they can use their powers.

But the ems in general is no where near the rennigan in terms of power. Nagato didnt master it and he is deffo top3 material

i mean rennigan is good rennigan can use all elements you know fire water lightning each and ice .. and see genjutsu i mean ems i stronger cuz ems can ´see and copy the elements and much more rennigan can see if he use 6 patch so rennigan cant see other movements like saringan/ems can see other movements like you can see ems can see the tagget slowly al this shit but rennigan can do that but rennigan can do other thinks and ms dont cant
