Surely Naruto, with FTG he is untouchable.
He can move very fast, react very fast and in danger can teleport away in secs hence Sasuke won't be able to land a single hit on him.

naruto doesnt really need FTG. that is, not in KM. but if he could do it in normal mode and create clones...omg! and he could use it in sage mode if thats the case!!
