I hope Neji and Hinata will come and give a hand to Kakashi . With their byokugan they can see the flow of the chakra, and with this ability they can see through Pains Bodies (the transmiter must be connected to a chakra line i think)... maybe this fact will resolve some problems with the true ID of Pain

Byakugan will be helpful to defeat Pain bodies. The flow of chakra can also be seen with sharingan, don't know why kishi hasn't shown Kakashi doing that. Danzou's secret plan can be to become the next hokage, for that Tsunade needs to die. But what about Kakashi? Won't he oppose Danzou? Practically after Tsunade dies Kakashi is the most eligible candidate for Hokage.

Welll, first off, I love Kakashi, he is among my top favorite characters, but realistically, He only has that ninjutsu eye with the dimension warp. Unless he somehow developed another eye technique, MS will only drain his chakra and hurt him rather than help him.
PS-Something to talk about, what do you think that the other eye will generate? A genjutsu?

My new theory is, Danzou made a deal with Madara. In exchange for killing the Hokage and giving him control over the hidden leaf, Danzou will help Madara capture Naruto. Danzou could easily kidnap some of Naruto's friends, and then convince Naruto to give himself up so his friends could live. Maybe 8 tails will come and mess up this whole plan or something.

i think its possible that danzou was behind the deaths of the 1st or second but is just a slight glitch of a realization

Only problem is that Danzou killed the messenger frog so Naruto has no way of knowing. No I think Pein will knock Konoha around a lot, kill some shinobi, and then realizing Naruto isn't there leave.
