[Theory] Tsunades relation to Naruto

She definitely is related... somehow... she wouldn't pass on her grandfather's necklace to him if she hadn't felt there was a connection. Well, I wouldn't do that if I was her... so I think there must be a connection.

If he's related to the first (which as far as I'm aware.. He's not)... Then he would definitely be related to Tsunade!
